Dear all, I took myself the 30minutes to hack up a little patch which enables basic layout management via the DojoToolkit framework.

This enables separated containers for the tree and the main content area. I was really frustrated having to scroll around a lot when browsing the tree with a lot of records open.

Be aware that this has started off as a proof of concept and is just a first draft. It is usable but it is by far not complete nor finished. It is currently ugly and will break some things.

To get up and running, just extract the dojotoolkit 1.6.1 download file to the htdocs/js/ directory and apply the attached patch against the current 1.2.1.1 of PLA. Maybe it is of some use to somone. ;-) Regards, Martin
